A leading supplier of quality aluminum components, is currently looking to hire a HR Head for its factory located in Delta.
The position is based out in Asaba and the person would be reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibility
- Design performance management. Conduct appraisal meetings. Performance feedback.
- Create, implement and manage HR systems and process.
- Design of reward and recognition programs.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Drive employee engagement programs.
- Manage the contractor workers and ensure there are no “ghost” workers in the system.
- Supervise the payroll and attendance system.
- Interact with the local universities to attract good talent into the organisation.
- Develop a system of internships with local training companies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Good in IT skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing cross cultural workforce in a manufacturing sector.
- Previous experience managing casuals and solving issues on attendance / overtime / ghost workers is a must for this position.
