Job Title: Account Officer (NYSC)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Summary
- The responsibilities of an Accounting Officer include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases, and reconciling invoices.
Duties
- Prepare financial reports by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Prepare and Monitor financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Complete purchase orders and bank reconciliations.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
- Managing day-to-day transactions.
- Verify balances in account books, bank deposits and rectify discrepancies
Qualifications / Experience
- Have a minimum of B.Sc / B.A in Accounting or any related field.
- +2years experience
- Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation

- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
