We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Manage the company social media pages/platforms
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties and Secretary duties.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Management Science
- Applicant must not be older than 27
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess “can do and deliver spirit”
- Proficiency in Micro Soft Office
- Applicant must reside in Lagos.
