Responsibilities of the Tech Support Intern:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- CCTV Repairs and Installation
- Maintaining computer system (hardware and operating system)
- Backup Solutions on Server
- Server Maintainance
- Printer Setup, Installation & Maintenance

Requirements:

Additional Information:
- For beginners, you would be required to attend an eight-month training class which after then be converted to a full staff.
Remuneration:
N35,000 monthly.
