We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Vacancy: Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor:
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Enforce the implementation of Standard operating procedures for all production activities in the factory
- Be capable to lead a group of people and organizing trainings for production assistants
- Ensure the right coding and labels are attached to finished goods as required per batch.
- Overseeing the production processes to ensure products conforms to quality requirements.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Communicate daily/weekly and monthly production progress to the manager
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 4 years’ of manufacturing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Salary:
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
