Job Vacancy: Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative:

  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.

  • OND or NCE qualification.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Age: 20-27 Years.

Salary: 
N50,000 monthly.
