We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Private Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • Oversees the client’s kitchen
  • Manages the cost of food, supplies, stock taking, and overall inventory
  • Plans menus and daily meals in accordance with client’s specifications, preference, and dietary requirements
  • Decides on the combination of dishes to prepare and serve per time
  • Prepares meals to suit client’s immediate needs
  • Adjust meal plans as required or the occasion demands
  • Ensures proper storage of foods, appearance and quality
  • Shops for groceries, ingredients, condiments and stores them appropriately
  • Responsible for food/ fruit packaging and preservation; ensuring optimal freshness

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years work experience.
  • Excellent in preparation of Continental dishes
  • Proven working experience as a Chef
  • Should be able to communicate in English
  • Good knowledge of a variety of dishes.
