Job Title: Private Chef
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Description
- Oversees the client’s kitchen
- Manages the cost of food, supplies, stock taking, and overall inventory
- Plans menus and daily meals in accordance with client’s specifications, preference, and dietary requirements
- Decides on the combination of dishes to prepare and serve per time
- Prepares meals to suit client’s immediate needs
- Adjust meal plans as required or the occasion demands
- Ensures proper storage of foods, appearance and quality
- Shops for groceries, ingredients, condiments and stores them appropriately
- Responsible for food/ fruit packaging and preservation; ensuring optimal freshness

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years work experience.
- Excellent in preparation of Continental dishes
- Proven working experience as a Chef
- Should be able to communicate in English
- Good knowledge of a variety of dishes.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent organizational skills.
