Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Anticipate the needs of the company in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Responsible for staff recruitment, training, assessment, staff relations and other daily work;
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience;
- Knowledge of national labor regulations, employee insurance and other laws
- Experience working in the Lagos Free Trade Zone and understand the laws and regulations in the Free Trade Zone.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
