Job Title: Business Analyst to the MD/CEO

Job Description
- The position requires working closely with the MD/CEO to achieve strategic business objectives of a multi start-up organization in the process of setting up multiple lines of businesses. He/she should have the ability to deal with all external stakeholders & make critical decisions on behalf of the MD/CEO.
- The candidate will be required to multi-task, conceptualize effective strategies, help create feasibility reports & execute new projects. He/she should possess an eye for details, be able to perform under stringent deadlines, and be able to aggregate and interpret data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing senior management.
- The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
Job Role
- Monitor tasks delegated by MD/CEO & ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Assist & coordinate the strategic planning exercise
- Coordinating Cross-Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- External & Internal interface on behalf of MD/CEO
- Helping in business presentations & tie-ups with internal & external stakeholders.
- Business data analysis
- Assist the MD/CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or Engineering (Masters or an MBA is a plus) 2-4 Years work experience in a Small to Medium-Sized Organization.
