We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Experienced graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Building Services engineering
- Must be COREN registered
- Candidate shall be experienced in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire suppression design
- Excellent knowledge of international standards – EN BS, ASHRAE, NFPA etc.
- Must be proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit MEP software
- Must be proficient in the use of a recognised HVAC Load calculation software Carrier HAP, HEVACOMP, ELITE
- Must be proficient in quantity take-off & Bill of quantities
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum of a second-class lower degree qualification.
- Must be able to synergize with other Design Departments to achieve set goals
- Accountability for assigned works with attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
