We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ondo
Key Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
- Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Conduct routine inspection of all facilities and infrastructure to ascertain their state and working conditions
- Oversee the execution of all routine maintenance, renovations and refurbishment works and activities for OWPPiN
- Ensure timely and adequate repairs and maintenance of all faulty equipment and facilities
- Oversee the management and coordination of the activities of outsourced staff (cleaners, gardeners, artisans etc.)
- Track global and local leading practices in facilities management and proffer relevant recommendations to the CFO.

Qualifications / Experience
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Must be able to pass an aptitude and practical tests
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Maintenance roles in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical acumen and hardworking
- Must be able to work in Ondo State
- Demonstrative ability to follow instructions
- Good communication, problem solving and supervisory skills
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- High integrity and ethical standards
- History of stable employment
- History of professional accomplishments
- Credible and positive references, which will be independently verified
- Must have a guarantor for one-month compensation.
