Job Vacancy: Secretary
Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities of Secretary
- Undertake all clerical duties at the Front Desk
- Welcome guests accordingly
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proactive and intellectually sound
- Must be highly professional with good dress sense
- Should be result oriented and highly confidential
- Must willing to take up new challenges
- Learning and growth mindset
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
