We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Vacancy: Admin Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities of an Admin Assistant:

  • Attending to clients and submit daily report
  • Follow-up on client services and accounts
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, scanning.
  • Seek approval for disbursement and manage petty cash.
  • Monitor supplies; order and re-stock as needed.
  • Take minutes of weekly meetings and prepare reports
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead.


  • HND in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 1 year work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suites
  • Good coordination and time management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • An achiever and team player.

N110,000 – N120,000 monthly.
