Job Vacancy: Area Sales Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Descriptions of an Area Sales Manager:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing key accounts/projects and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on account status
- Complete involvement in the sales process; from Lead Generation, Demos, Trainings to negotiation and closing the deal and Account Management.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers’ premises within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 years work experience.
- Proven sales experience: particularly in the oil and gas sector is preferred, with a strong knowledge of the customer base for the sector.
- Must be a team player.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- An Entrepreneurial mindset is an added advantage.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
