Job Title: Sales Attendant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customer questions about specific products and services
- Conduct price and feature comparison to facilitate purchase
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customers feedback to the store manager and stay up to-date with new products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Have basic understanding of retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with clients and customers.
- Must be domiciled within Oshodi, Abulegba or Sango area of Lagos
- Age limit: 30.
