Job Vacancy: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions of a Customer Service Officer:

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, face to face or social media.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Sell products and services in the banking halls.

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • OND / HND holders with a proven passion for sales and networking can also apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience in similar role.
  • Fresh graduates can also apply as interns.
